Medical Bill Rescue provides automated analysis of medical bills to identify potential billing anomalies and overcharges. Our Service:

  • Analyzes uploaded medical bills for potential errors
  • Compares charges against typical rates
  • Provides reports suggesting areas for further review
  • Offers educational resources about medical billing

Important: We are not a law firm, medical provider, or insurance company. We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You may not share your account with others
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose

4. Use of Service

5. Medical Information

Your Responsibilities

  • You agree to remove personal identifiers before uploading documents when prompted
  • You acknowledge that medical billing information may contain sensitive data
  • You consent to our processing of this information as described in our Privacy Policy

Our Limitations

  • We use automated systems to detect and remove personal information
  • We cannot guarantee complete removal of all identifiers
  • You remain responsible for the information you upload

Infrastructure Disclosure

This service processes but does not store personal health information. Users acknowledge that data processing occurs on infrastructure that may not be HIPAA certified. By using this service, you accept this risk.

6. Payment Terms

Credits and Pricing

  • New users receive 1 free page credit upon signup
  • Additional credits must be purchased
  • Prices are subject to change
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable

Billing

  • Payment is processed through third-party providers
  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

  • You retain rights to your uploaded documents
  • You grant us a limited license to process your documents for the Service
  • This license terminates when you delete your content or account

No Guarantee of Results

  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes
  • We do not guarantee refunds or bill adjustments from providers
  • Success in disputing charges depends on many factors outside our control

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the Service

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

10. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the Service

Effects of Termination

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
  • We may delete your data according to our data retention policy

11. General Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely.
